Meeting with Eastern Cape Premier and Delegation

Another South African delegation to Silicon Valley on a scary Halloween afternoon! Enlightened conversation with the energized premier of the Eastern Cape and his team of highly interactive provincial leaders who convened with local domain experts in our SABLE Network and GlobalFluency offices. We had an invigorating three-hour discussion about potentially disruptive ways South Africa's second largest province can build on core industry sector competencies, centers of excellence at local universities, as well as untapped assets and opportunity areas. We discussed ways to develop a digital infrastructure and alternative energy sources that will truly differentiate the EC brand and attract multi-national investors seeking a high performance computing hub to access Africa and scale in a data-driven economy.
